Unlike nasi lemak (which is equally outstanding, but includes fewer dish choices and different ingredients), nasi campur is a smorgasbord that includes so many different dishes, it can be a challenging choice.
But choosing food is the type of challenge I love!
There were over 80 different dishes at Lina Sea Food Restaurant in Kampung Baru, Kuala Lumpur, and everything I piled onto my rice was most excellent.
Oh yah, the mother invited me back to the kitchen for some tasty snacks as well!
