Though Pahurat, Bangkok’s Little India really is quite little, it offers a nice little flavor of India.

Fabric dealers, merchants, India Emporium shopping center and a few delicious Indian restaurants and street stalls are the best reasons to visit Pahurat.

In this video, I head over to Pahurat and dine at one of my favorite street Indian restaurants in town.

I am reading your older post and found the name of the Indian place, Toney Restaurant. I will be heading to BKK tomorrow and check out this place, I have been to Pahurat before but didnt enjoy any good Indian street food. I went into India Emporium and eat in the food court, pretty lame.

    Cheers,

Hello Mark What is the name of your favorite Indian Restaurant in Pahurat, and how do I get there? You got me all excited to eat scrumptious Indian curry with roti.
I was in Yangon and naturally enjoyed the local delicacies, but found some good Indian places serving South Indian Thali for $1.20 for unlimited food, so I think if you head to the correct location you can get great Indian food cheap.

    cheers

    Hey Mark,
Became a fan recently and love your Thai food adventures. But got wondering that I love spicy thai food but also love a cold beer with it! Yet I’ve never seen you having a beer with your meal. Any reason? Sorry may seem like a silly question

Hey Damien, thank you very much for following the food adventures. I actually don’t drink often, every now and then I’ll have a beer, but quite rarely. No reason, other than I prefer to spend my money on food and not as much on beverages – just my personal preference!

Wow! I’m such a masochist. I love your videos and posts although they always make me hungry and always get me checking flight prices. *laugh* Add this to my list of vices.
