MoMos are one of the most popular Nepali street foods (video), they are literally everywhere you look in Kathmandu.
For this video I was just walking along when I noticed the jet-like powered steamer at the front of the restaurant, which can only mean hot and freshly steamed momos.
While vegetarian and chicken are sometimes available, buffalo momos are the most common and well loved. So I ordered up a hot place of Nepali buffalo momo dumplings!

I love momos!
Have them all the time in Delhi and can’t get enough of them! It’s one of the few things over here that I prefer the non-veg option though. The veggie ones just don’t have the same kick!
The ones in your video look delicious.. and obviously the faces you make while having them help A LOT in making people jealous! 😉

Ooo looks so gooood. When I was in China I had some freshly made dumplings in some peanut sauce as well that where delicious. Funny how Chinese food in china tastes nothing like chinese food in the states =P.
