There’s not much to dislike about Lebanese food – in my opinion, it’s one of the world’s great cuisines!

One dish I just can’t get enough of is something known as kafta kebabs – ground beef or lamb mixed with a variety of spices, wrapped around a sword like grilling device, and roasted until smokey and delicious. With some rice, pita bread and hummus, I’m a very happy man!

Check out this restaurant in Bangkok for amazing Lebanese food.

Arabic cuisine is my absolute favourite, and Thai is a good number two. Interesting that there’s a Lebanese restaurant in Bangkok.
