

Krabi dim sum is a lot different from Hong Kong dim sum.
For starters, the dumplings are much smaller. They are steamed in little glass dishes instead of the classic bamboo steamers, and most of the dumplings rely solely on pork, whereas Hong Kong dim sum uses a larger variety of ingredients.

I would like to try this dim sum style (love dim sum:0)). Have to see if I taste differences.

Yah, it’s quite a bit different from Chinese or Chinese American dim sum, but still quite porky and tasty!
