Hi Mark, we will be travelling to Bangkok next month and we can’t wait to try all the food that you recommended. May we know the address of the pad see ew stall called Nay Lao Radna Yodpak that you ate with Mike Chen? We are very excited about visiting Bangkok ever since we started watching your videos 3 years ago ! 😀

Hey Mike, I’m going to go back here in a couple days and get the exact location. When I went last time I forgot to mark down where I was. It’s very near the Mahasin Market on Suk Soi 101/1. I’ll get the details to you soon!

Hey Mark, thank you for watching. I actually don’t even know exactly where it is as my wife brought me here and it was just a small neighborhood eatery. But you’ll find many similar places throughout the city.

Hands down, my favorite dish in Thailand! So simple yet so good!
I’m yet to have a pad see ew that doesn’t taste great – it’s always a bit different depending where you eat it, but so far it’s always been so good too!

I don’t recall trying Pad See Ew, great combo and cooking method. For me, the deep, dark, green kale really balances and compliments both the noodles and pork. I love how the eggs blend into everything almost instantly when the heat is so high.

Hey Mike, yah it is such a great combo in ingredients and flavors. Next time in Thailand you’ve got to try some pad see ew!

I made it my mission to learn how to make this dish, and it’s actually pretty easy. Not that it’ll be as amazing as this lady’s, but it’ll do. The hard part is just finding the noodles and the dark soy sauce, and the rest is easy to find. It’s a great recipe to learn, since it’s relatively quick and easy, and turns out great.
