Malaysian food, is as you already know, one of my favorite cuisines in the world.

Fried Hokkien Mee, is a pile of noodles flash stir fried in oil (or lard), and flavored with dark soy sauce.

    The Penang Hokkien Mee is different fr9m KL’s too. In KL, we call the Penang verdion as Prawn Noodles.

    Probably my favorite type of noodle. This looks really delicious and I’m hungry again, even though I just had lunch not long ago!

    I’ve wanted to go to Malaysia for so long, purely for the food. Never researched the actual country – I just gaze at the food. This look amazing! 🙂

    I miss Hokkien Mee. Do you know that Hokkien Mee in Singapore is different? I went to Singapore restaurant in SF and ordered the Hokkien Mee and I was surprise the way it look. The taste was alright, but I still prefer Malaysia version.
