A Whirled of Christmas

Growing up I have had the privilege to spend Christmas in a “whirled” of places.  The contrast could not be much more drastic from Hutchinson, Kansas to Tandala, Democratic Republic of Congo, or from Albertville, France, to Bangkok, Thailand.

Nyama Choma, or grilled meat or often times grilled goat, is a scrumptious gem in East Africa.  From my experience eating, I have formulated a few suggestions for ultimate satisfaction.

Nyama Choma: Roasted Meat- What Could Be Better?

What is Nyama Choma?
Nyama means meat, and Choma means roasted or grilled. Its not overly complicated, nyama choma simply means roasted meat, but what wonderful roasted meat it is!
