Hey Paul, I think made a mistake labeling on the video. You’re right – the bamboo worms are the long white ones, and the silk worms are the smaller brown worms. Glad you like them too!
I could just never get myself to do it. Maybe a few more beers would be required

Nice post Mark – are the silk worms the same as what is called a bamboo worm up north, I enjoyed those very much in a Ahkha village.

I ate a lot of bugs in Mexico, with the right seasoning they are delicious.

I’ve only had bundaegi before (roasted silkworm). The look is a bit offputting but tastes just fine to me!
