Fried Hokkien Mee
Malaysian food, is as you already know, one of my favorite cuisines in the world.
Fried Hokkien Mee, is a pile of noodles flash stir fried in oil (or lard), and flavored with dark soy sauce.

I miss Hokkien Mee. Do you know that Hokkien Mee in Singapore is different? I went to Singapore restaurant in SF and ordered the Hokkien Mee and I was surprise the way it look. The taste was alright, but I still prefer Malaysia version.
