Beef noodles are not all that common in Thai cuisine (pork, fish and chicken are all much more common), so when I have the opportunity to eat them, I do!

Here’s a quick video showing how noodles are made in Thailand and then a few juicy close-ups of the deliciousness.

    Thanks for the insight of Thai culture. Look forward relocating to Bangkok. Oregon’s just too cold here. When I’m in Bangkok the noodles are on
