Koko Head Crater Hike
Hawaii is full of amazing hiking trails.
Among the many hikes on the island of Oahu is the Koko Head Crater hike that follows a former railroad car trail straight up the side of the mountain.
Depending on your level of fitness, the trail provides extreme exercise as well as an outstanding view of Honolulu, Hanauma Bay and the surrounding area.
I normally eat so much delicious Hawaiian food while in Hawaii that I have to do some exercise to work it all off!
We found some great hikes within walking distance (well, according to us at least) of Waikiki (the popular diamond head trail being just one of them). This one looks really cool – we will definitely add it to the list for our next visit.

Yes, Diamond Head also offers great views! Hope you guys get a chance to make the climb up Koko Head!
